Q: How much time do I allow to get to the terminal from your lot?
A: We are located 3.1 miles from the terminal which is about a 5-6 minute shuttle ride. Under normal circumstances, allowing 10 - 15 minutes from the time you arrive to our lot to the time you are dropped off at the terminal should be sufficient. Please note that during peak travel times (all holidays and weekends in summer months) traffic at the lot and the terminal could cause delays. During peak travel times please allow 15 - 20 minutes.
   
Q: How do I get picked up at the airport when I return from my trip?
A: We pickup at the outer (2nd) curb on the Lower Level (“Arrivals Level”) of the airport – the same level as Baggage Claim. Our shuttles make continuous loops there so when you see 1 of our bright yellow shuttles, wave them down and they will pick you up.
   
Q: What if my flight gets in late?
A: Our shuttles continuously circle the airport’s lower level picking up passengers. If your flight arrives after 11pm, we recommend calling us from the baggage claim area once you have picked up your luggage, so we can have a shuttle on the lookout for you. Our toll free number is printed on your vehicle locator ticket which you are given from your shuttle driver upon pick up. This identifies the space your vehicle is parked.
   
Q: Do I need to cancel my reservations if my plans change?
A: Since we don’t require any pre-payment if you make a reservation on our web site, cancellation is not mandatory, but is very much appreciated. Please email any cancellations to reservations@econoparkexpress.com
   
Q: Is the internet coupon valid per day or per trip?
A: Our internet coupon gives you a discounted rate for EACH & EVERY day that you are parked with us!
   
Q: Do I need the coupon to get the internet rate?
A:

Yes. Coupons must be presented to cashier when exiting in order to receive any discounts.

   
Q: Can I park my car and have someone else pick it up?
A:

Yes. Please arrive 10 minutes early and park out front of our office - do not go through the entry gate. Come inside and discuss it with the Manager On Duty who will help you with the planning.

   
Q: What is your Frequent Parker program?
A:

Customers can enroll in our Frequent Parker Program which allows you the ability to accumulate credits towards free days of parking. Currently, for every six days you park with us, you earn a credit for one free day of parking on a future trip. Learn more about our Frequent Parker Rewards Program and to sign up for the program.

   
Q: How do I redeem free days?
A:

Free day vouchers are processed for the days you have earned. Click here to join our Frequent Parker Rewards Program or redeem your FREE days. Please allow 5 business days as the free day vouchers will be mailed to you.

   
Q: Is there an expiration date for my free day vouchers?
A:

Credits towards free parking days do not expire while they are banked with us. Once you redeem your credits for free day vouchers – the vouchers are valid for one-year from the date they are requested.

   
Q: Are babies allowed on the shuttle?
A:

There are no age restrictions to ride our shuttles.

   
Q: Do I need to make a reservation?
A:

Reservations are not mandatory but we request you make a reservation to guarantee a space. We do not require any payment when making a reservation. When you hit BOOK IT, you will receive a confirmation that when printed includes your name, dates of parking, our Internet coupon and directions to our facility.

   
Q: Do you provide service to AMTRAK and the rental car facility?
A:

When you arrive to park your vehicle here, just let the cashier know your destination and our shuttle will drop you off at either place. When you return, give us a call and we’ll promptly send a shuttle to pick you up and return you to your vehicle.

   
Q: How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
A:

When you hit BOOK IT on our reservation page, you will receive a confirmation that when printed includes your name, dates of parking, our Internet coupon and directions to our facility. This printed confirmation page guarantees you parking.
